By purchasing a handmade piece of clothing from November8th, you agree that you are responsible for reading the entire item listing before committing to purchase. You enter into a legally binding contract to purchase an item when you agree to purchase an item and complete the checkout process. As a buyer, you are responsible for all applicable international shipping fees such as VAT, customs duties and brokerage fees, which will be automatically invoiced if necessary. November8th is no longer responsible for all items once proof of shipping is provided.

 

Return policy

November8th offers a return and refund policy from the date of delivery.

To ensure eligibility, products must be unused, in excellent condition, in their original packaging and with the label intact. It is important to note that the company reserves the right to reject any article that goes against this criterion. Everything related to your order must also be submitted within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt.

Customers should note that packages returned after the specified time frame will be rejected and returned to the sender. The shipper is solely responsible for covering costs and risks associated with the return of the product(s).

Europe: 3-5 business days
